Dan McDonough

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dan is responsible for overall enterprise management at Endurance Financial. He currently serves as the Founder and Executive Chairman of telecommunications company Elauwit Connection, Managing Partner of corporate consulting firm Baron Hunter Group.

He previously served as Editor at Dow Jones Newswires, Editor of Gannett Newspapers, and CEO of Elauwit Networks before its sale to Boingo in 2018.

Dan holds a B.A. from William Paterson University and studied for an MBA in finance and economics from Baruch College.

Glenn Josephs

Chief Financial Officer

Glenn is responsible for firm accounting and financial controls at Endurance Financial. He previously served as Tax Partner at Friedman LP, and possesses more than 30 years of experience providing accounting, tax and management advisory services.

His practice focused on forensic accounting and litigation support matters involving business disputes and tax matters spanning a variety of industries such as commercial and residential real estate development and financial services.

Glenn is a member of the Board of Directors of First Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A.A. from Temple University.

James Di Bartolo

Co-Founder

James began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he served as an analyst on a fixed-income investing team with $6 billion of AUM and as an investment banker in the Natural Resources Group. He then joined Varadero Capital, a structured credit hedge with $2 billion of AUM, where he formed part of the fundamental investing team. Subsequent to Varadero, James served as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Lazard, and as a vice president in the Strategic Transactions Group at Barclays Plc.

James is a CFA Charterholder and holds a B.S. from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and an MBA from Yale University.
